Type of project: Maintenance and Integration project

Tasks:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions.
• You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in SAP for Utilities, and intermediate proficiency in Business Model Strategy and Business Process Design are suggested.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Support the team by sharing insights and knowledge gained through research and analysis to foster continuous learning.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with defined business goals and quality standards.
