SAP WM Consultant | Alcobendas, Madrid | 6-Month Contract

Location - Madrid

Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

Contract Length - 6 months

Start Date - ASAP

Language Requirements - Fluent Spanish required (English not required)

The Role

You will take ownership of SAP Warehouse Management functional implementation, leading analysis, configuration, and optimisation activities across the full WM lifecycle. Your day-to-day involves understanding warehouse operations and translating business requirements into SAP solutions, configuring warehouse structures and stock management processes, reviewing put-away and picking strategies, managing transfer orders and inventory flows, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams. You will support testing phases (SIT/UAT), validate system functionality, and provide post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement across warehouse processes.

Must have:

• Proven SAP WM Consultant experience
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (warehouse structure and configuration, stock management, put-away and picking strategies, transfer orders, inventory processes, warehouse movements and operations)
• Hands-on experience with SAP WM configuration and functional customising
• Experience supporting SAP WM implementations, rollouts, or improvement projects
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business users
• Fluent Spanish required
• Availability to work onsite in Madrid 2 days per week

• SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management experience
• Knowledge of SAP MM integration with WM

• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge for issue analysis
