We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP CPQ to join an international Edtech organization undergoing digital transformation. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP CPQ solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into functional specifications.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CPQ processes and functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with SAP ERP and CRM integrations to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (mandatory requirement).
• Experience working with SAP integrations, particularly with ERP and/or CRM environments.
• Professional fluency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
