Role: Senior SAP PM Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Travel: Approximately 6–8 trips to Paris per year (first visit in September)

Languages: Fluent French and English (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PM Consultant to support a global transformation programme within Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals.

The consultant will play a key role in designing and optimising Plant Maintenance processes, supporting asset management initiatives, and contributing to the client's transition towards SAP S/4HANA. The client is currently operating on SAP ECC, so previous migration or transformation experience is highly desirable.

This is a functional, customer-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience as an SAP PM Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments, ideally within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong Asset Management experience, including asset identification and asset data collection.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio.
• Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent French and English (both mandatory).
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) best practices.
• Previous consulting experience within global SAP programmes.
