🔹 Role Highlights

• Lead the global standardization and redesign of SAP WM processes across multiple regions.
• Assess and harmonize warehouse management practices across LATAM, North America, and Europe.
• Analyze the current SAP WM landscape and provide strategic recommendations and best practices.
• Work closely with international stakeholders, including experienced WM teams in the US and Europe.
• Support process mapping, documentation, workshops, and improvement initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP WM capabilities, RF technologies, and warehouse optimization.

🔹 Key Skills Required

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) in ECC environments
✅ Strong knowledge of RF devices (warehouse scanners/pistols) and related integrations
✅ Experience in process standardization, global template design, and warehouse transformation initiatives
✅ Ability to provide strategic guidance and market best practices
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Fluent English

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and propose improvements
