Masentó are currently looking for an SAP FICA Consultant to join an Agile product team supporting a major utilities organisation in the Netherlands.

The role will focus on SAP FICA and Collections, working across both change and run activities and collaborating closely with Product, Data, Development and Operations teams.

Location: Remote working - on-site in Den Bosch, Netherlands for first 1-2-weeks of contract then rest remote
Contract: Freelance / Contract
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6-months +

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver functional SAP FICA solutions within an Agile product team.
• Work across Change, Run and Improve activities and tickets.
• Make well-reasoned design decisions and manage technical trade-offs.
• Deliver complex, high-quality solutions on time and to a high standard.
• Identify and proactively address technical debt.
• Work closely with Product and Data teams to understand and deliver business requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, guidance and mentoring.
• Support continuous improvement across the product and wider SAP landscape.

Requirements

Strong functional SAP FICA experience, ideally including Collections.
Experience working within the Utilities sector.
Experience working in an Agile product team with Dev & Ops responsibilities.
Medium-senior level SAP consulting experience.
Additional technical capability would be highly advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience supporting European or US-based clients onshore is highly desirable.
