Position: SAP SuccessFactors / SAP BIB Consultant

Work Location: 100% Remote – India

Duration: 12 Months Contract with a possibility of an extension

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• SAP Business Integration Builder.
• Employee and organizational replication.
• Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Data mapping and transformation.
• Foundation Objects and HR master data structures.
• Strong proven experience managing complex HR data-replication scenarios.
• Experience working with:
• Employee Central Payroll.
• SAP HCM.
• SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP CPI integrations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
• Experience supporting global payroll or HR transformation programs.
