Recruit121 is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a finance transformation programme in Portugal.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver SAP FICO functional consulting across finance process design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including fit-gap analysis, workshops, solution design, and go-live.
• Configure and support core SAP FI/CO processes
• Contribute to SAP Group Reporting and financial consolidation initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, project teams, and technical consultants.
• Support integrations with SAP MM, SD, and reporting solutions.
• Assist with UAT, defect resolution, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise across SAP FI and CO.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Exposure to SAP Group Reporting, financial consolidation, or group reporting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in S/4HANA Finance environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel to Lisbon when required.
• Portuguese and English language skills are essential.
