Position description
One of Energize’s clients is undertaking a large-scale SAP S/4HANA real estate migration and is looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Migration Consultant to take a leading role in shaping and delivering the migration approach.
This is a senior, hands-on position focused on complex real estate structures, data quality and the integration between SAP RE-FX and FI Accounts Receivable.
Tasks:
- Lead migration workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and define the SAP RE-FX migration concept for S/4HANA.
- Support migration execution, validation and reconciliation.
- Analyse RE-FX master data, transactional data and dependencies between real estate objects.
- Ensure migrated data is accurate, consistent and complete.
- Support processes including IFRS 16, lease contracts, service charge settlements and assessments.
- Collaborate with SAP FI, CO and FI Accounts Receivable teams.
- Support the transition from the previously planned FI-CA solution to standard FI Accounts Receivable.
Profile:
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Real Estate Management and RE-FX.
- Extensive SAP data migration experience, ideally within S/4HANA programmes.
- Experience working with large and complex real estate portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of RE-FX master and transactional data structures.
- Good understanding of SAP FI Accounts Receivable and its integration with RE-FX.
- SNP project experience is highly desirable, although extensive SAP migration experience will also be considered.
- German language skills at B2 level or above, ideally C1.
Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Workload: Ideally full time but could offer 60–80%
- Initial contract: Until the end of December 2026
- Extension: Expected for a further 12 months till December 2027
- Working model: Predominantly remote
- Travel: Approximately two to three onsite visits per year in Frankfurt or other agreed locations
- Travel expenses: Covered separately
