About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a global team responsible for delivering and enhancing enterprise SAP solutions supporting subscription, order-to-cash, billing, contract management, and digital business processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, SAP specialists, and Agile delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the design of SAP-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and prioritized according to business value.
• Support SAP processes related to order management, billing, contract management, and subscription lifecycle.

Agile Delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Agile development teams.
• Refine and maintain epics, features, user stories, and product backlog items.
• Participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog prioritization and release planning activities.
• Contribute to successful solution deployments and continuous delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changing business requirements while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
• Present solution proposals, business impacts, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define business acceptance criteria.
• Support test planning and execution activities.
• Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.
• Support defect analysis, prioritization, and resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve SAP-supported business processes.
• Drive standardization, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support SAP transformation and digital innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working within SAP environments.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as:
• SAP SD
• SAP MM
• SAP FI/CO
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or data migration projects.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, business process analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Understanding of SAP application landscapes and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with interconnected enterprise systems and SAP integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging or SAP transaction analysis (e.g., SE37, SM37, ST22, AL11).
• Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management processes.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and enterprise transformation programs.
