This role involves driving the commissioning, implementation, and stabilization of the SAP MDG tool within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP MDG tool, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Oversee the commissioning process, including configuration, data modeling, and system integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Ensure the stabilization and optimization of SAP MDG post-implementation, addressing any technical issues or gaps.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure effective adoption and usage of the tool.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
• Deliver timely project updates, documentation, and reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Proven expertise in SAP MDG with a successful track record of tool implementation and stabilization projects.
• Strong understanding of master data governance principles, processes, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration, data modeling, and workflow management.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and experience in working with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
• Ability to operate effectively as a Freelancer or Interim Manager with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
