Tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
• Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Provide guidance and support during system integration, data migration, and testing phases.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users.
• Monitor and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors advancements and provide recommendations for system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with hands-on implementation expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules (inlcuding EC).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
