SAP Solutions Pre-Sales Architect

Requirements 

Required skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT services/products space.
• 5+ years of experience in offer management, solution management, or related areas in the IT service or consulting domain.
• Experience in launching new technology services or product offerings and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of how technologies such as Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Platforms bring value to customers.
• Experience in service/product development.
• Experience with Agile applied to Program or Portfolio Level.
• Certifications related to Agile or Product Management are a plus.
• Understanding of different pricing models for IT services or products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Very Good+ English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to produce compelling, competitive, and profitable offerings.
• Support sales processes by engaging with prospects, customers, and advisors.
• Produce collateral materials for offers (e.g., sales storylines, battlecards, success stories, references, business cases, and ROI documents).
• Create ad-hoc reference materials for external stakeholders, such as market analysts, advisors, PR, and press.
• Develop reference materials to enable, train, and coach internal stakeholders (e.g., sales force, solution architects, delivery leaders, talent attraction teams).
• Apply project management and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Solve challenges using digital technologies with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and a results-driven mindset.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, and a sense of urgency to meet tight timelines.
