Position description
We are currently looking for a Finance & Controlling Senior Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join an important company.
This role is responsible for the design and implementation of the S/4HANA components within the Finance and Controlling business processes, following the working principles agreed with the client Business Process Owners (BPOs) and the System Integrator (SI), and under the supervision of the S4/HANA Programme Director.
You will be responsible for defining the integration approach between S4/HANA Finance and non-SAP applications, where applicable.
Once a given release goes live, and after the System Integrator (SI) warranty period, she/he will continue to work with the designated Finance and Controlling Business Process Owners (BPOs) to maintain existing functionality, discuss potential enhancements and apply them to the system if approved.
Skills, experience and knowledge required:
- English is the programme language (spoken and written), Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering SAP transformation projects in Finance & Controlling.
- Strong SAP Finance & Controlling skills and knowledge to work with 3rd parties to execute an SAP Roadmap: Blueprint Definition, Functional Specification and Module(s) Configuration (WRICEF), S4/H Tenant Design and Configuration, CI/CD (OT), Data Migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, User Administration.
- Strong experience of working in complex, multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments
- Be an effective team player, working both inside and outside the IS/IT organisation. Work to engage stakeholders in decisions.
- Must have leadership skills and be able to interact effectively with both business teams and IS/IT colleagues.
- Experience and ability to build effective working relationships and collaborations with business and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both verbally and in writing) at different levels of the organisation and to third parties.
