Join Our Team as a SAP HCM PY Consultant!

Are you passionate about SAP HCM and payroll management? This is your chance! We are looking for a consultant with at least 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM, specializing in payroll implementation and maintenance across different countries & knowledge of italian payroll.

Location: European Union

Work model: 100% remote

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of Italian payroll legal reports implementation (Uniemens, F24, CU, etc.).
• Expertise in Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
• Experience in application maintenance and familiarity with SLA/KPI metrics.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and user management skills.
• Self-management and organizational abilities.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Capture and analyze client requirements.
• Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.
• Bring best practices from previous experiences and ensure the use of standard SAP processes.
• Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
• Support the business in change management.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Time Management.
• ABAP knowledge for debugging and error code fixing is a plus.
