We are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee and drive SAP-focused warehouse and store delivery solutions, with deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Direct Store Delivery (DSD). In this role, you will lead our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), managing operations, guiding solution development, and fostering an innovative and collaborative team environment.

SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

• Configure SAP WM modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline inventory workflows, from goods receipt to shipping.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot SAP WM.
• Train end-users and create supporting documentation.

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Design and refine SAP EWM processes for efficient warehouse operations.
• Integrate smoothly with SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, TM).
• Lead EWM customizations, functional specifications, and configurations.
• Support project teams through testing and post-launch.

SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD)

• Implement and support DSD workflows, improving route planning and in-store delivery.
• Integrate DSD with sales and logistics modules.
• Provide expertise on mobile solutions for offline delivery.

Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

• Direct SAP team activities, prioritizing projects and high-quality deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and improvement-focused team culture.
• Align CoE objectives with business strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members to deepen their SAP skills.
• Streamline workflows for optimal service delivery.
• Maintain the CoE as an up-to-date SAP knowledge hub.
