Position description
Conexus have partnered with a retail client who are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, helping retail organizations streamline their HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to talent management and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to HR digital transformation in a fast-evolving, customer-centric industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance & Goals modules.
- Analyze HR processes in retail environments and provide tailored solutions to enhance workforce management, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and define HR requirements specific to the retail industry and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other business systems, such as SAP ERP or third-party tools.
- Lead workshops, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support to HR teams.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements of existing SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, SAP updates, and best practices related to retail workforce management and digital HR solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite with expertise in at least two modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals).
- Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions in the retail industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of retail HR processes, including talent acquisition, workforce scheduling, performance management, and compliance.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional configurations, specifically for retail HR teams.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
