SAP Specialist Retail & Sales Wanted!

What Will You Do?
About Us We aim to become the best customer champion in the Netherlands. Our IT Support department improves and maintains our sales and distribution channels and financial processes.

Job Description You will work closely with IT product leads and Subject Matter Experts to support our retail organization with SAP configuration and maintenance. Your experience in large retail organizations ensures smooth sales and service processes. You will be the point of contact for system changes and operational support.

Your Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP and provide expert guidance.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Training and Mentorship: Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience within SAP Retail and/or SAP SD & MM
- Experience managing external vendors and POS systems is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Continuous Learning
