We are seeking an experienced Partner Alliance Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our influence through strategic partnerships with top-tier SAP partners and industry leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your deep experience in alliance partner management, work closely with C-suite stakeholders, and make a measurable impact on our business growth by driving pipeline through the partner network with a primary focus on Europe and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the setup of strategic partnerships to create a self-sufficient partner ecosystem for PreBilt software.
- Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives within SAP’s ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy (GTMS).
- Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies that align with mutual goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and identify new opportunities.
- Sales & marketing Enablement.
- Equip partners with tools, training, and resources to promote PreBilt.
- Lead workshops and executive briefings to drive deal generation and sales success.
- Performance monitoring & optimisation.
- Track partner performance against KPIs and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to ensure continuous growth.
- Ensure customer success.
- Work closely with partners to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
- Support partners in resolving high-level customer issues and challenges.
Job requirements
What You’ll Bring
- A successful track record within partner alliance management, ideally within the SAP ecosystem or a similar enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated track record of growing revenues through strategic alliances and partner networks.
- Deep understanding of SaaS models and enterprise software, with the ability to sell high-value solutions through partner alliance networks.
- Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, driving mutually beneficial business partnerships.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and influence high-level outcomes.
- Experience working in an international or global context, navigating cultural and time zone differences.
