We are looking for an SAP HCM/HR Functional Consultant you will be responsible for managing SAP HR functionalities, including organizational structure, personal actions, wage type configuration, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SAP HR functionalities including organizational structure, personal actions, wage type configuration, and info types.
• Oversee payroll processes, including posting/DME processes, off-cycle payroll, and differentiation between off-cycle and regular payroll runs.
• Manage payroll area, period parameters, date modifiers, and retro accounting.
• Handle time management tasks such as holiday calendar setup and time management info types (e.g., works schedule).
• Ensure effective integration of Organizational Management (OM) and Personal Administration (PA), including dynamic actions and info-type screen modifications.
• Troubleshoot workflows, processes and forms, IDOCs, and integration with IDOCs.
• Manage file transfers, proxies, and email notifications.
• Write functional specifications and handle incident management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with HR/HCM modules.
• English advanced (Mandatory)
• SAP Functional Skills
• Organization structure
• Time constraints and different structures in SAP HR
• Personal actions, wage type configuration, info types
• Payroll processes, including off-cycle payroll and payroll cluster
• ESS/MSS portal workflows and workflow troubleshooting
• Process and forms management, IDOCs & integration with IDOCs
• File Transfers and Proxy Email notifications
• Functional idea on incident handling and FS writing
