Descripción
- End-to-End Management: Handle incidents, developments, and legal requirements for local payroll systems (SAP HCM) from initiation to resolution.
- Time Management: Oversee all aspects related to Time Management systems, including issue resolution and system improvements.
- Support & Liaison: Provide first-level support for SuccessFactors-SAP interface issues and second-level support for SuccessFactors data problems.
- Collaboration: Act as the IT bridge between local HR teams and central IT, ensuring seamless communication.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, particularly with Payroll and Time Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP, along with skills in ABAP, Fiori, and SAP HANA.
- Experience working in an agile and international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to manage relationships between technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.
