My client are one of the world’s largest science, technology & pharmaceutical companies based in Germany. They are a Multi-billion € company with a large global footprint operating in 50+ countries across the world.

My client are currently undergoing a global cloud migration project and have rapid growth in their IT team - They are searching for an Inhouse SAP Basis Consultant (with the ability to work 100% remotely) to join their growing team.

Tasks

• Help build, upgrade & manage my client's SAP infrastructure
• Technical conception of complex SAP landscapes
• Installation, upgrades and patching of SAP systems
• Hands on with HANA conversions and the HANA database
• Conception and implementation of SAP Solution Manager
• Processing problem reports as part of 3rd level support
• Performance optimization and technical support

Profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in SAP Basis
• Relevant knowledge of database administration
• ABAP knowledge is an advantage
• Enjoyment of new technologies (BTP, Cloud ALM is a bonus)
• Strong communication skills
• Languages - business fluent German and English
