Position description
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant to join their team in Greater Barcelona. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and optimising their SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise in Employee Central and one other module will lead significant projects that align with strategic goals to transform and standardise HR processes and IT landscape.
As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, your role will be integral to transforming our client's HR processes and IT landscape. You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising their SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise in Employee Central will be crucial in leading significant projects that align with strategic goals. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to ensure that the SAP modules effectively support business needs. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project management.
* Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central, focusing on administration, time and attendance tracking.
* Configure and maintain the Performance & Goals and Compensation & Benefits modules, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and HR policies.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot module-specific issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
* Lead the strategic rollout and continuous improvement of the specified modules within SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation.
* Drive the digitalisation and standardisation of HR processes particularly related to employee management, performance appraisal, and compensation planning.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring the SAP modules effectively support business needs.
* Manage and lead projects related to the enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors environment, including national and international projects from planning to implementation.
* Develop and provide training for end-users on the functionalities of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Benefits modules.
The ideal candidate for this SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals modules. You'll have a proven track record in HRIS project management, with the ability to see projects through from initiation to completion. Your strong data analysis and problem-solving skills will enable you to deliver actionable business insights. Additionally, your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will ensure effective collaboration with all levels of the organisation.
What you bring:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* At least 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on the specified modules.
* Certification in SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable.
* Multinational corporate environment experience is beneficial.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals modules.
* Strong capability in data analysis and problem-solving to deliver actionable business insights.
* Extensive experience in HRIS project management, from initiation through to completion.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
