Position: SAP Time Consultant

Location: Spain or Portugal (remote)

About the Role:

This position focuses on supporting and maintaining the SAP Time management system. The SAP Time Consultant will be part of a team responsible for customer service activities, providing guidance, consultancy, and ensuring that services are accurate and timely. Responsibilities primarily include SAP Time management system support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Build, modify, and support pay rules, accruals, and request management.
• Troubleshoot errors through pay rule analysis.
• Manage configuration migrations using PTM.
• Support time device management.
• Utilize SAP Time standard reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) application implementation, support, or maintenance.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
• A strong commitment to high-quality HR support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Client-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
