In Technology Consulting, you will support the development of tailored concepts for the diverse requirements of clients. Subsequently, you will take an active role in the implementation and execution of these concepts.

Your tasks:

• Development of management and IT concepts as well as consulting on topics such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, and/or Learning
• Driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors systems
• Responsibility for the entire implementation process in varied client projects
• Development of customer-specific and innovative integration scenarios
• Integration into the existing system landscape and collaboration with the specialist department
• Implementation and further development of the product portfolio as well as support in the establishment and expansion of the existing SuccessFactors team

Your profile:

• Solid professional experience as a consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors area and the associated modules or in comparable positions
• Active SAP SF certifications are an advantage
• Expertise in project management, especially in the execution and consulting of implementation projects, is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• German skills are an advantage
• Valid work permit for Austria

Salary information:

The annual salary for this position is at least €80,000 gross p.a. (on a full-time basis).There is a willingness to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a performance-based, individual bonus.
