The Role

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on modules such as PY or PT.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define solutions, and deliver projects on time.
• Provide technical expertise and training to stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption of SAP systems.
• Maintain and optimize existing SAP HCM systems, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in SAP HCM consulting, with hands-on expertise in at least one core module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level) and English.
• A passion for HR technologies and a drive to deliver outstanding results.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
