What are we looking for?
We are looking for a SAP HCM PY consultant working close to one of our main clients.
Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be
- Capture the requirements, help the client to express needs, collect and analyze them.
- Make necessary adjustments to SAP configurations based on changes in legislation or company policies.
- Bring best practices from previous experiences, ensure that standard SAP processes are used.
- Support the incident team with the resolution of complex issues.
- Support the business for change management.
What UST expects from you?
- At least 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, with practice in different payroll implementations/maintenance countries.
- Knowledge of French payroll.
- Expert in Organizational Management, Personal Administration modules.
- Nice to have: location in Madrid. ABAP knowledge debugging and error code fixing is a plus. Experienced in Time Management.
- Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.

100% remote within Spain.
