Established over 40 years ago, my client houses 15.000 employees across 15 countries and boasts annual revenues of 6€ billion. They are renowned for combining IT solutions and consulting services with sales of IT hardware and software products. In preparation for their greenfield S/4 HANA implementation, they are now searching for an Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
Tasks
- Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Time Management
- Assist the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with BTP, HCM and SAC
- Help with solution architecture and providing technical leadership
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users
Profile
- 2+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Languages - fluent German
