Join Our Client's Team as a Permanent In-House SAP Success Factors Consultant in Barcelona!
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major player in luxury brands, seeking a skilled SAP Success Factors Consultant to join their team based in Barcelona.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central (must have configuration experience), Talent Development, Salary Review (SSFF), MBO, and Performance & Goals (desirable but not essential).
- Strong background in HR IT systems and related processes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
