Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP F&R Consultant to join our client's team, supporting a prominent national Spanish retail client. This role involves extending existing templates, implementing new functionality, and providing critical incident management support to both business and client IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and SAP Retail modules, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP F&R Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Forecasting & Replenishment, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
• Functional and Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of the existing SAP template, including configuration and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) of impacted systems.
• Design and Implementation: Identify and design new GAPS or functionality, create functional specifications, and oversee the implementation through all project phases.
• Testing and Support: Define and execute testing phases, including regression and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP solutions.
• Data Migration and Cutover: Assist data migration teams during the design and build phases, and support business teams in cutover activities and go-live processes.
• Template Roll-out: Support the business in rolling out the SAP template to new stores, distribution centers, or product categories.
• Incident Management: Provide ongoing support for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution in collaboration with business and IT teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) and SAP Retail modules, particularly in Material Management and Master Data.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of custom integration with legacy systems and ERP environments.
• Project Involvement: Proven ability to participate in all project phases, from functional and technical analysis to implementation and support.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management and testing tools such as JIRA, HLM for Testing, and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with demand planning and related SAP domains.
