Do you have deep experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll? Are you passionate about leading payroll projects and being a key player in solving complex challenges? If so, we want to meet you!

We are looking for a Payroll Lead with a specialized focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll. In this role, you will be the HCM/Payroll expert, responsible for preparing and conducting payroll-related workshops for our clients. Additionally, you will lead the design of complete solutions and, when necessary, act as a solutions architect.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the HCM/Payroll expert, leading workshops for clients and guiding them in optimizing their payroll processes.

- Design payroll solutions and act as a solutions architect on key projects.

- Lead, manage, and mentor other consultants to ensure team success.

- Provide functional and technical advice in the implementation of SuccessFactors HCM/Payroll.

- Communicate progress and solution design details to senior stakeholders, managing client expectations.

- Offer strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll and in creating solutions with the SAP Payroll tool-set.

- Over 7 years of experience in SAP HCM.

- Deep knowledge of Spanish payroll and HR and payroll processes for Spain.

- Involvement in at least 3 end-to-end payroll implementations or at least have performed 1 large implementation and touched all modules and functionalities.

- Certifications in SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central Payroll.

- Nice to Have: Experience implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, and mashups.
