RED Global is currently looking for a SAP SD/OTC (Integration with POS system) Consultant - with experience to join a long-term project.

Project details:

Start date: 9th September

Duration: 12 Months + extension(s)

Location: Remote with some travel possibility to be on site 1-2 times per month at workshops/meetings (Sweden)

Overview:

- The client has been using SAP for a long time (20+ years) and is now replacing it with S4.

- My client requires Functional consultants that will support them to connect with the implementation partner.

- Interpret the requirements from the business, identify GAPs and validate solution proposals from the implementation partner.

Example of activities below:

• Detailed Blueprinting (solution design for gaps approved to be implemented)

• Provide sign off on deliverables (FSD, TSD, Config rational, etc.) in accordance with approval matrix ensuring solution is compliant with requirements and that best practise is applied.

• Ensure solutions are built according to standards and best practices by continuously learning from industry standards

• Support during SIT by reviewing/validating/approving:

• SIT scope and new/changed SIT scenarios

• SIT results documented by the SI partner

• Suggested solutions to defect fixing

• Support UAT execution by:

• Support test execution with solution input

• Validate and approve defect fixing solutions

• Support technical cut-over (provide input to planning and support during execution with specific tasks)

• Support hyper care by validating and approving defect fixing solutions

• Support Data Migration (extractions, specs, etc.)

• Support training preparations by providing specific input when requested

• Support change impact assessment preparations by providing specific input when requested

• To hand-hold business users to secure an understanding of the solution
