We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PRA/GPA/JVA/PSA Consultant for a major industry project with a global rollout plan. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale upstream finance transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, build, and testing of JVA/PSA modules within SAP.
• Collaborate with global teams across Germany, the US, and Latin America.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting and Production Sharing Accounting.
• Work across various workstreams (testing, data, training/OCM) to deliver the end-to-end solution.
• Assist with risk mitigation, co-engineering, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage user stories and activities using Azure DevOps (Kanban board).

Work Mode: Primarily remote.

Travel Required: Yes — resource will support onsite in Germany, and travel to locations in the US and LATAM during global rollout phases.

Travel Frequency: To be confirmed.

Expenses: All travel-related expenses will be covered.

Duration: 1 year.

Key Requirements:

• Deep experience in SAP PRA/GPA/JVA/PSA implementations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of upstream finance, Joint Venture Accounting, and Production Sharing Agreements.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams and time zones.
• Prior experience with SAP R2R and enterprise SAP deployments preferred.
