Tasks

You'll become part of a well-coordinated team of SAP SuccessFactors experts focused on quality over quantity. You'll lead end-to-end implementations of Employee Central (EC) and work directly with internal and external customers throughout Europe and beyond

• SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations
• Overall responsibility for project delivery – from kick-off to go-live
• Implementation of configurations and workshops
• Ensuring project alignment with HR processes and customer requirements

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC
• Understanding of core HR processes
• Fluent German
• Residence in Germany
