Position description
For our international client, we are currently looking for a Junior SuccessFactors Consultant with experience in Time-Off module.
Your main task is to support the client in the implementation and standardization of the SuccessFactors Time Off module across multiple countries within a global framework.
The aim is to automize the time-off process.
Tasks:
• Support client in proof of concept for SuccessFactors Time Off standardization project
• Act as interface between the business and IT teams
• Gather business requirements
• Write functional and technical specification
• Optimize and automize SuccessFactors time-off process
• Collaborate with implementation teams to design and validate system configurations, including leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows
• Ensure alignment of configurations with applicable labour laws and regulatory frameworks at local, regional and global levels
• Testing, Trouble shooting and Change management
• Documentation maintenance (including requirements, test cases, user guides)
• Provide advice on onboarding further countries after the PoC phase
• Preparing and conducting trainings and workshops
• Collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Project experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a main focus on Time Off Module
• Experience across time off areas such as leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows
• Project experience with different labour laws and regional/global frameworks
• Experience in standardization projects in time-off module
• Implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors - preferred
• Experience in conducting trainings and workshops
• Strong communication skills
• English Fluent, German nice to have
