We’re supporting a market-leading industrial company based just outside Hamburg as they expand their internal SAP team. This is a newly created in-house role, ideal for someone who wants to be the go-to FICO expert and actively shape how SAP is run internally.

💶 Salary & Benefits

• €80,000–€120,000 depending on experience

🎯 What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the SAP FICO domain across Finance & Controlling
• Serve as the internal contact and sparring partner for external consultants
• Provide customizing and configuration expertise (hands-on)
• Evaluate incoming requests and challenge proposals from outsourcing partners
• Act as the bridge between business and IT, not just a Key User

✅ What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, including customizing
• Experience in S/4HANA projects is a big plus
• Comfortable working independently and proactively
• Confident communicator who can push back when needed
• Fluent in English + German at B1–B2 level minimum
