Recruit 121 is seeking for a Senior SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant for a long-term engagement in Lisbon. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality SAP solutions in the public sector and ready to lead from the front—this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Lead SAP PM rollouts in complex public sector environments

✔️ Configure and optimize PM processes using best practices

✔️ Collaborate with FI, CO, MM, and PS teams

✔️ Support all phases of delivery: blueprinting, testing, go-live, hypercare

✔️ Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing

✔️ Liaise with public clients to translate needs into robust system functionality

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 4+ years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience

✅ Proven track record in the public sector (preferred)

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Full lifecycle project experience

✅ Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory)
