Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in alignment with client HR processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycles—from design to deployment.
• Contribute to system testing, data migration, and user training.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide ongoing post-go-live support.

Your Profile:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on Employee Central.
• SAP certification in Employee Central is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Based in Spain, with occasional travel within the EU if needed.
