Our client, a leading global management consulting firm renowned for driving digital transformation and enterprise innovation, is expanding its SAP S/4HANA capability across Europe. As part of this growth, we are looking for a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OtC) and S/4HANA to join their high-performing team.

You will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, and delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions for multinational clients undergoing major digital and ERP transformation programs. This is a dynamic and varied role that will allow you to work across industries with exposure to some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions within S/4HANA environments.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver best-in-class SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure SAP SD modules including integration with MM, FI, and LE.
• Perform gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and support technical teams during build phases.
• Participate in project phases including blueprinting, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support in complex client environments.
• Stay current with the latest S/4HANA SD innovations and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the SAP practice.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
• Strong business process knowledge in Order-to-Cash (OtC) lifecycle
• Proven experience in configuring SAP SD modules: pricing, credit management, ATP, output management, shipping, and billing
• Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI, and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, and interfacing with third-party systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills – ability to work directly with clients
• Willingness to travel within the EU as required (client-facing role)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant SAP Certifications are advantageous
