Project Overview:

We are looking for experienced SAP consultants fluent in German to join a long-term S/4HANA implementation project. The role involves working remotely from Poland, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring successful migration and configuration in the respective SAP modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Depending on the SAP module, key tasks will include:

SAP FICO Consultant:

• Configure and customize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) in S/4HANA.
• Support migration from legacy SAP systems to S/4HANA Finance.
• Work on asset accounting, general ledger, AP/AR, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.
• Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD).

SAP SD Consultant:

• Implement and customize Sales & Distribution (SD) processes in S/4HANA.
• Configure order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Integration with MM, FICO, and eCommerce solutions.
• Support data migration and user training.

SAP MM Consultant:

• Configure Material Management (MM) in S/4HANA.
• Work on procurement, inventory management, and vendor master data.
• Integration with SD, FICO, and Production Planning (PP).
• Experience with MRP, purchase orders, and invoice verification.

SAP HCM Consultant:

• Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) / SAP HR processes.
• Configure organizational management, payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration is a plus.

SAP ABAP Developer:

• Develop and customize ABAP programs for S/4HANA.
• Work on CDS views, OData services, Fiori apps, and enhancements.
• Support debugging, performance optimization, and integration tasks.

Requirements:

✅ Fluent in German (B2/C1 level or higher) – must be able to work with German stakeholders.

✅ Proven experience in SAP implementation/migration projects (S/4HANA preferred).

✅ Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module (FICO, SD, MM, HCM) or ABAP development.

✅ Experience with SAP best practices, data migration, and integration.

✅ Ability to work remotely from Poland (no relocation required).
