About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dutch Payroll Consultant to support and execute payroll operations for Dutch clients. This remote contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands local payroll legislation, and can collaborate effectively across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Support client implementations, go-lives, and onboarding activities
• Provide daily functional support and guidance to payroll teams
• Maintain and update process documentation and client workbooks
• Conduct system maintenance testing and ensure quality standards
• Resolve both functional and technical payroll issues
• Collaborate with clients to identify process gaps and improvements
• Support year-end processes and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Handle escalations and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with confidential data and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and within global, cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in payroll operations or HR consulting preferred
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is a plus
