We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Developer to join our IT team in Tarragona. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and optimizing SAP solutions that support complex business processes across a global organization. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP customizations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP and related technologies.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEF).
Support SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and others through custom development and debugging.
Integrate SAP with external systems using technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData services.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, and documentation practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP development, including strong ABAP programming skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA development is a strong plus.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS views, and OData services is desirable.
Understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
