My client are a global multi-billion € Energy organization based in Frankfurt. They currently employ over 200.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries.

They hold a firm vision of sustainability, and are highly ambitious with the goal to build long-term value for its customers, employees and for society at large - my client is now searching for an inhouse Senior SAP HCM Consultant in Frankfurt to help with their continued growth and upcoming SucessFactors implementation later this year.

Tasks

You will manage the existing SAP HCM landscape and concentrate primarily on the following key areas:

• Design, customize, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Be the first point of contact for the specialist departments when it comes to requirements in SAP HCM.
• Project management with responsibility: Take over the management of innovative projects with a focus on the SAP HCM environment and actively drive their success.
• Support in the introduction of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA / SAP Fiori and contribute your expertise to the upcoming SucessFactors implementation.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and reporting.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules PY & PT - other modules are beneficial.
• You have good knowledge of supporting and customizing SAP HCM.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP HCM certifications are a plus.
