We are looking for an SAP Successfactors Consultant for a worldwide automotive supplier company.

𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Project Manager/Consultant specializing in SAP SSFF.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✦ Define the System strategy related to HR.

✦ Bridging the gap between technical teams and business.

✦ Analyzing requirements with the functional area, selecting, or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.

✦ Design and execution of tendering processes: Incorporation of purchasing requisitions without a frame contract, tender strategy and planning, risk analysis, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and preparation of award decisions as well as contract implementation and management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

✦ Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, or equivalent.

✦ Experience in consulting and knowledge of applications in the SAP SSFF field.

✦ Minimum 5 years' experience in the role.

Additional knowledge/training:

✦ Understanding of general HR flows and their architecture and interrelationships.

✦ Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals.

✦ Valued: Certification in any of the modules, Knowledge of permissions administration in the system, familiarity with SSFF development tools (BTP), knowledge in SAC.

✦ Knowledge in SAP HR basic modules

✦ Familiarity with payroll applications and their integration with Core HR systems (ADP, SAP, etc.).

✦ Knowledge in SAP Fieldglass

✦ High level: English and Spanish.

✦ Project management in dynamic environments, motivation to quickly learn new technologies, strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, team management and communication skills.
