Job Title: SAP Entitlement Management (SAP EM) Functional Consultant

Location: Remote – EU (candidate based in Poland and Spain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Entitlement Management (SAP EM) Functional Consultant with 7–9 years of SAP experience and at least one full-cycle SAP EM implementation. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, integration, and data migration activities related to Entitlement Management and work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP EM: entitlement models, offering-entitlement mapping, generation rules, user management
• Design and implement EM configurations aligned with business processes
• Set up events, background jobs, and EMS reports/SAC dashboards
• Migrate entitlement records from legacy systems
• Simulate web service requests using tools like Soap UI or Postman
• Collaborate with business teams, SAP functional consultants, and integration teams
• Document technical design, support RICEFW development, and manage BTP side-by-side extensions

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP EM implementation
• Strong understanding of SAP Entitlement Management configurations
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and web services
• Working knowledge of JavaScript for Provisioning & Orchestration
• Experience in data conversion, migration, and testing processes

Additional Skills:

• Ability to track tasks and report status
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience supporting Project Managers or Architects in delivery reporting
