We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Management Functional Consultant to support business processes, functional enhancements and ongoing delivery within an SAP Utilities environment.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for a Spanish-speaking consultant based anywhere in Europe, working Spanish business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP IS-U Customer Management processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and optimise relevant SAP IS-U functionality.
• Work with technical teams and developers to deliver system enhancements.
• Support functional testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot process and system issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
  
  

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on SAP IS-U functional consulting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Utilities Customer Management processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design and configuration.
• Ability to support testing, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and availability to work Spanish business hours.
