SAP Basis Consultant - RISE with SAP - PT - Fully Remote

Client Facing skills, communication and experience - essential in this role

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Portugal and be Portuguese due to language needs.

Availability: As soon as possible.

Commitment: Part Time - Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with significant flexibility around scheduling and attendance at agreed client meetings.Remote

Duration: Ideally 2–3 months.

Other commitments: Candidates currently working on another project can be considered, provided they can accommodate the required hours and meetings.

Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English are mandatory.

Overview

The client already has greenfield experience and is seeking a consultant who can bring complementary brownfield expertise. This is primarily a flexible advisory and support engagement rather than a full-time delivery role.

We are looking for an experience SAP Basis Consultant with strong RISE with SAP experience to support a client on a flexible, part-time engagement. The focus will be on attending client meetings, clarifying requirements, and helping the client communicate its technical needs to the end client.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior SAP Basis advisory support throughout the engagement.

Attend client meetings and help clarify technical requirements, priorities, and concerns.

Support communication between the client and the end client, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.

Advise on RISE with SAP, with a particular focus on brownfield projects.

Help identify technical considerations, dependencies, and questions requiring clarification.

Required Experience

At least 10 years of SAP Basis experience.

Ideally 2–3 years of RISE with SAP experience, or at least one completed RISE with SAP brownfield project.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and provide clear, practical technical guidance.
