We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant to join a long-term SAP transformation program within a well-established and recognized international insurance company.

The selected candidate will play a key role in SAP Finance initiatives, supporting S/4HANA programs, migration activities, and ongoing business transformation projects. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of complex SAP Finance solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consultant seeking a long-term engagement with the flexibility to join either as a freelancer or as a permanent employee, depending on personal preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Support SAP FI initiatives within SAP S/4HANA environments.

* Participate in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects.

* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement solutions.

* Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and ServiceNow-related activities.

* Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders.

* Contribute to project governance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP Finance solutions.

Requirements

* Strong experience in SAP FI.

* Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

* Experience participating in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion projects.

* Experience working with ALM and ServiceNow.

* Fluent English (mandatory). Approximately 80% of the work is conducted in English.

* Ability to work independently in complex environments.

* Strong stakeholder management skills.

* Experience leading meetings and coordinating with multiple teams.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

* Experience within the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industries.

* Previous involvement in global transformation programs.

Candidates must have previous SAP FI and SAP S/4HANA experience, as well as participation in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

Fluent English is mandatory.

Candidates must be based in Madrid or willing to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
