***SAP SD Consultant - 6 Month Contract Role - Hybrid - Madrid (Spain)***

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new contract opportunity for an SAP SD Consultant. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with possible extension.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 3 days on site per week in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

You will provide Level 2 and 3 functional support within the SAP SD area, helping business users resolve issues related to the Order-to-Cash process. The role involves incident analysis and resolution, ticket follow-up, coordination with technical teams, SAP SD configuration activities, participation in testing and change validation, collaboration with other logistics teams, and the creation of functional documentation. The consultant will support daily SAP operations while working closely with key users in an international environment.

Must have skills:

• 3+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience providing Level 2 and 3 SAP SD support.
• Experience with Incident analysis and troubleshooting within SAP SD.
• SAP SD configuration and customizing experience.
• Experience supporting business users and managing support tickets.
• Functional testing and change validation experience.
• Strong functional documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in Madrid).
• Excellent communication skills with Spanish and English.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to take on a broad range of tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP MM.
• Knowledge of SAP LE.
• Knowledge of SAP WM/EWM.
• Experience in the consumer goods/ food industry.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Basic understanding of SAP FI integration.
