About Our Client
The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Shanghai.
Job Description
1. Responsible for the overall architecture planning and Basis operation management of the company's SAP system, ensuring stable system operation with annual availability above 99.9%
2. Lead SAP system upgrades, migrations, and patch update projects, completing at least 1 system performance optimization per quarter
3. Manage SAP system user permissions and security policies, conducting regular security audits to ensure 100% compliance
4. Coordinate internal and external technical resources to quickly respond to and resolve system failures, with major failure recovery time not exceeding 2 hours
5. Lead the Basis team, develop and execute system operation and maintenance standards and processes, improving overall team efficiency by over 20%
The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with 8+ years of SAP Basis work experience
2. Proficient in SAP NetWeaver and HANA database management, familiar with system architectures of S/4HANA, ECC, and other mainstream versions
3. 3+ years of team management experience with excellent cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills
4. Familiar with ITIL operation and maintenance management systems, SAP certification or PMP certification preferred
5. Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, able to work under high pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing corporate environment
